Imperial Trim accepts and will credit any excess returned standard stock material that is undamaged and in full resalable condition. Unusable or damaged material to be returned, replaced or credited must be reported to an Imperial Trim rep within 24 hours of delivery. Any shortage of material must also be reported within this period.
Imperial Trim is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery to the job site caused by handling, improper storage, and installation or finishing by the customer.
Special orders CANNOT be cancelled.
All return items are subject to a 20% handling charge.
